Raw Honey

Raw Honey from Our Hives in Eastern North Carolina

This is the honey at the heart of HONEYBEE: pure raw honey harvested by a family-run beekeeping business in Washington, North Carolina and brought from our hives to your home.

Because real honey reflects the flowers the bees visit, the color and flavor can shift naturally from harvest to harvest. That seasonal variation is part of what makes each jar unique.

• Raw and unfiltered
• No added flavors, syrups, or artificial ingredients
• Available in multiple jar sizes
• Excellent for biscuits and toast, tea and coffee, cooking, baking, marinades, and everyday table use

Why does raw honey crystallize?

Crystallization is a normal process in real honey and does not mean the honey has gone bad. If you prefer it liquid, warm the closed jar gently in warm water until it reaches the consistency you like.
